1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Prospective Checklist

1. COMPLETED APPLICATIONS ON EACH ADULT THAT WILL BE LIVING IN THE APARTMENT.
2. PROOF OF INCOME: pay check stubs, bank statements, W2, child support, ECT
3. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
4. $30.00 MONEY ORDER FOR EACH APPLICATION ( 18 years or older)

All applicants must:

-         Have verifiable good credit history. Higher deposit may be required if no or poor credit.

-         Have 6 months verifiable rental history

-         Have NO money judgments, evictions, or rent defaults. 

-         Have total household income equal to or greater than 2 ½ times the rent.

-         Any bankruptcies must be discharged and have good credit reestablished. Any bankruptcies will be denied for rental.

-         Provide a government issued photo I.D and a valid social security card.
